I had an incredible stay at the hotel with stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Mr. Shivam Sharma and Mr. Harvans Kapoor, were exceptionally helpful and made my experience even better. The dining options were delicious, but I felt the variety could be expanded. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Manali and offers good value for money.

My stay at this hotel in Manali was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The location offered stunning views of the snow-covered mountains and the river, making it a peaceful retreat. I did have a couple of hiccups during my visit, including a long check-in wait and some issues with the cab service. However, overall, the dining experience was great and worth the value, especially during off-season pricing.

My honeymoon at Sunpark Resorts was a memorable experience thanks to the breathtaking views and spacious rooms. The staff, especially Mr. Manmohan and Mr. Sandeep, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, the management's handling of cancellations could use some improvement, as it was disappointing during my previous booking experience.

I had high hopes for Sun Park Resort & Spa given the occasion of booking for my brother's silver jubilee anniversary, but I left feeling quite let down. Although the room quality was excellent, I faced major issues with the reception regarding the booking that marred the experience. Despite a lovely ambiance and some attentive staff members during later visits, the inconsistent service and online booking troubles are significant downsides.
